MINIMUM BALANCE TO AVOID IMPOSITION OF FEES:
A maintenance fee of (see fee schedule) will be imposed each monthly statement
cycle if the average daily balance for the monthly statement cycle falls below
$500.00. The average daily balance is calculated by adding the principal in
the account for each day of the period and dividing that figure by the number
of days in the period.
FDIC’s Transaction Account
Guarantee Program
The Stock Exchange Bank is participating in the FDIC’s Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under that program, through December 31, 2010 all noninterest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account.
Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC’s general deposit insurance rules.
